Confirmation of Your Order
We confirm receipt of your order by email without undue delay. The contract is concluded with our order confirmation by email after successful payment via Mollie; both confirmations may be combined in one email. If payment is cancelled or fails, no contract is concluded.
Complete Delivery
We ship orders in full; partial deliveries are not made.
Returns
In the case of an ordinary withdrawal, you bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Please note the separate withdrawal instructions. You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online via the “Withdraw from contract here” link in the footer of every page of our online shop. Your statutory rights in the case of defective goods remain unaffected.
